- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition to qualify for replacement.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required.

- Clearance or final sale items.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will verify the issue and send a replacement at no additional cost.
- If the exact replacement is unavailable, we will offer a store credit or an alternative product.
5. No Monetary Refunds
- Refunds are issued only in the form of a replacement product.
